1. Positive Impression
– You are the face of Tempus IT Staffing. As a Tempus
consultant, the image you present is our image. We hope you take
pride in your image and maintain a professional manner and appearance
at all times.
2. Performance -- As a Professional
Consultant, our clients will closely observe you and your work
to be sure they are getting maximum value. Take pride in your
work and spend your time wisely. Remember, the client can terminate
our services at any time, for any reason. Please abide by the
personnel procedures at your work site.
As always, avoid the following inappropriate
actions:
- Being under the influence of or affected by alcohol,
illegal drugs, or controlled substances;
- Use, distribution, sale or possession of alcohol,
or any other controlled substance, except for approved medical
purposes;
- Violent behavior, threats or the possession of
a weapon of any sort;
- Sexual innuendo, inference or harassment
3. Time Off -
Notify Tempus prior to speaking with our customer if you plan
to take time off for any reason.
4. Time Sheets -
Please have your weekly time sheet signed promptly and faxed into
our office every Monday by 10:00 a.m. If you have any problems,
please notify the Financial Administrator immediately. We must
have the signed weekly time sheets before your payroll check can
be released.
5. Pay Period -
We invoice and pay on a Sunday through Saturday basis. You are
responsible for sending in your timesheets no later than 10:00
a.m. on Monday mornings. If this falls on a holiday and our office
is closed, you may send them on Tuesday morning or the previous
Friday afternoon.
6. Payroll -
You will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. If you do not elect direct
deposit, your check will be mailed to you on Thursday afternoon
or may be picked up during office hours on Friday, providing you
call the office to arrange.
7. Accomplishments -
We are interested in your achievements - keep us up to date and
in the know!
8. Opportunities –
You are our front line and often the first to know to know about
upcoming opportunities, hiring trends, new projects, etc. Please
let us know if there are any opportunities at the client site
that you may hear about.
9. Problems -
If there are problems with your project, we would like to help
work them out! Let us know about any difficulties or problem areas
you encounter or foresee. Please keep the lines of communication
open by staying in touch with your IT Resource Specialist. If
for some reason you cannot fulfill the terms of your contract,
please let us know before you inform our client of your intentions.
