Referrals
Referrals are the lifeblood of our business, so we encourage contractors,
placements, clients and associates to refer Tempus
IT to your networks. For any candidate
referred to Tempus
and placed in either a contract or permanent position, Tempus
will reward the referral source with a bonus up to $500.00 to
be paid as stipulated:
- Contract or Contract to Permanent Placement:
$250.00 will be paid after 30 business days on contract. $250.00
will be paid after 90 business days on contract. The candidate
must be on contract for at least 90 business days for the second
payment to be disbursed.
- Permanent Placement: $500.00 will be paid once
placement fees have been received from the client and the candidate
has been employed with the client for over 90 days.

Form to your Recruiter when referring your contacts
to Tempus.
